of 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST and ask for the
technical support department.

You receive free
technical support as long as we are hosting your web site,
as long as they are related to normal hosting related issues such
as setting up email, using administrative control panel, etc.

All sites that we design recieve
1 free hour update service for 3 months after the site
goes live. This would include but is not limited to updating images,
links, adding documents, etc.

|
If your site is already hosted by another
company we will assist you in getting the DNS transfer made.
|
|
Any after hours, holiday or weekend technical
support for sites we do not host will be billed at $55.00 per hour. |
